Senior Plant Engineer Maintenance Excellence – Responsible for implementation of world-class maintenance processes at a 55 gallon steel drum manufacturing facility. Managed outside contractors for the installation of new capital equipment, performed Root Cause Problem Solving and Lubrication Management (switched plant from Castrol/BP to Shell Industrial Lubricants for corporate cost savings and improved life/oil analysis), and initiated vibration analysis for Predictive Maintenance.
