JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspection / Fabrications as per Isometric Drawings, GA (General Alignment), Weld Maps, P&I D (Process Piping and Instrument Diagram) etc.

Preparation of Inspection & Testing Plane (ITP) as per the Scope of Work / Client Specification / Job order / Work orders / Drawings.

During shutdown: Inspecting of all kind of equipments like exchangers, Column, Vessels, Drums, Furnace Internal & External Inspection.

Inspecting the Material and Witnessing PMI whenever required to ensure the correct metallurgy is used as per engineering drawings and documentation.

Arranging for Welder Qualification Test (WQT) in various process SMAW, GTAW as per the WPS with Pipe and Plates.

Inspection like Fit-up and visual examination of welding and final Welding Inspection.

Using various gauges like Hi-Low, Taper Gauge, Fillet Gauge, Bridge Cam Gauge while checking fitup and inspections of final welding.

Evaluation of PT and RT Report (including interpretation of Films etc).

Involved in witnessing of Hardness survey and Post Weld Heat Treatment.

Involved in arrangements & witnessing of Heat Exchangers Leak Test (Hydro Test) and preparation of Inspection reports etc.

Arranging / Requesting for NDT crew and witness NDT Examinations like RT, PT, MT PMI & HT.

Preparation of Inspection Reports and co-ordinate with the third party inspectors.

Inspection of Repair works like changing elbow, pipes, headers etc. and preparation of reports.

Inspection of all kinds of valves.

Pre cleaning inspection for Manhole and Gaskets etc.

Final documents and submission to get the client job completion letter.
