Regular and consistent experience using WFA to view, receive, update, and /or complete orders, reports, and /or trouble tickets.

Prepare and maintain outside plant engineering records.

Review input documents for reasonableness and accuracy and applies adjustments as appropriate.

Basic knowledge of installation for Outside Plant hardware.

I’ve worked with MH structures, being underground seeing the cable layout and how they are running.

I’ve drawn and seen Buried and Areal cable schematics and imputed them in the Field view.

I work with Cross Boxes (Sai) in the field, which services multi housing and building facilities.

I am qualified to handle fiber cable, which is the VRAD that is mounted on the Sai to allow the customer to have high speed services.

On the job working knowledge of outside plant facilities, terminology, and /or equipment.

Regular and consistent experience using ARES to view outside plant facilities and/or design work prints.

Billing and financing (JWA).

Worked with fiber and copper cable to give customer service.

Research and resolve discrepancies.

Worked with Operating Systems, Protocols, Software

Write JAMM JAMOS & JAVA Script Code for commercial print store front and integrated sites
