Xerox @ Imagine Printing (University of Calgary) – Customer Service Specialist
Responsible for scanning all student exams for University of Calgary, converting results into usable required data formats using Remark Office software, sending the results to the teachers, collaborating with the teachers on eventual questions.
Process the Registrar Final Exams using the University of Calgary Remedy system: prepare the necessary paperwork for a final exam requisition, create job statement, prepare the PDF for printing, coordinate the printing schedule and exam delivery.
Scan and analyse data consistency for USRI documents (Universal Student Rating of Instruction) using Class Climate 0.5 software, report to the Office of Institutional Analysis of the University of Calgary
Coordinate the printing and binding process for thesis documents: requirements check, keeping touch with the bindery and clients, schedule shipping for the thesis, handle all paperwork.
Quality check for outgoing printed jobs and the process involved.
Responsible for a number of administrative tasks:

create work orders for printer operators,
update customer information in customer database,
