Maintain knowledge of state of the art design and manufacturing practices to
ensure continued improvements.
Implement new materials and manufacturing practices to continue low cost
productivity.
Shift Supervisor
Supervise and coach 30+ employees to meet and exceed goals, objectives and
expectations.
Meet planned schedules to maintain efficient operations.
Train new and experienced operators on extrusion and injection molding equipment.
Perform quality inspections according to printed specifications.
