I am MBA (Finance) and have been working in various domains for last 30+ years. I have headed IT departments of companies, done two ERP Projects implementations. I also handled a project of setting up an Outsourced Centre of a US company in India which had different processes like Customer Support (Worldwide) / Quality testing / Development. Lastly I was based in Solan and was managing a pharmaceutical plant as General Manager Operations. I was representative of a US Based company “Secure Computing Corporation” in India. I was responsible for efficiently running the operations including Administrative and Human Resource development for technical processes. It was a 24*7 support centre.

Starting with a team of 7 agents in February 2006, I was able to raise the total team strength to around 65 people working in diverse processes like Web Development, TeleSales, Technical Customer Support Teams for three products, QA Testing and Developers.

The entry level recruitment of technical and non-technical team members was undertaken by me and final selection was undertaken by US process teams.

Technical Customer Support Teams for the three products were running on 24 * 7 basis.
