Provides support for the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) including outreach activities.

Responsible for program oversight, monitoring and administration, serving as the primary contact with local Public Housing Agencies (PHAs)

Closely monitor veterans’ housing and resolve housing and psychosocial issues.

Attends national conference calls, meetings, and conferences regarding HUD.VASH Program.
