Oversaw implementation of SharePoint as a records management (RM) system. Upstream Engineering was the first to embrace SharePoint as an RM and the solutions was later globally adopted by all of BP Upstream Operations. Many of the standards and business processes that launched for Upstream Engineering later became enterprise processes and standards at BP.

Provided technical guidance and expert consultancy to BP’s Upstream Engineering Center (an organization with 400+ engineering technical authority employees with resources based in Houston, and Sunbury, UK.)

Planned and implemented the governance model including policies, roles, responsibilities, and processes that determined how Upstream Engineering would use both records management and collaboration systems.

Launched an advanced collaboration and remote data access system that provided the UEC access to BP’s global BU’s remotely, through new process and technology, offering the them potential for faster response to the BU’s when needed, and greater connectivity with key expertise.

Created value for BP Upstream Engineering by planning, implementing and maintaining additional SharePoint workflow and InfoPath solutions; many of them focused on integration with production reporting systems, BI, Records Management and federated search optimization.

Designed, developed and maintained Intranet site for Sanha Condensate Major Capital Project, a large gas cycling and oil development of the North Sanha and Bomboco fields with avg. peak production of 100,000 bbl per day.

The Sanha web site was the principal source for project communication, orientation and reporting.

The design and development of the site were accomplished through the use of eRoom and MS SharePoint collaboration.

Built a leading-edge, customer driven internet service called “MyLandmark”.
