FORECASTING & LOGISTICS

- Excelled in optimization demand planning and proactive forecasting for multiple customer and warehouse locations, and eliminated out-of-stock situations using a variety of forecasting software. Achieved and sustained 95% forecast accuracy rate for General Aviation Tire program at Lockheed Martin and increased Inventory Turns from 2.4 to 6.2. While working at the Naval Aviation Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), my forecasts for the F18 program exceeded NAVICP readiness goals of 85% for repairables and 95% for consumable parts.

- Reduced highest priority Issue Group 1 F18 Landing Gear backorders from a high of 180 to zero in six (6) months significantly improving F18 operation readiness.

- Performed end of lifetime forecast computations for multiple Naval Aviation platforms and Support and Ground Equipment and Managed the Diminishing Material Sources (Obsolete parts) program at NAVICP.

- Coordinated traffic, production planning, and worked with warehouse personnel to ensure appropriate routing, scheduling, and storing of goods; negotiated rates with logistic carriers (such as UPS, FEDEX, Yellow, etc.) ensuring lowest daily rate and savings of approximately 900K for the year under the General Aviation Tires contract at Lockheed.

- Developed production schedule recommendations for tires for reduced or increased quantities based on demand analysis, customer inputs, sales force input, and seasonal usage data. These projections were also used for financial business plans by our customer, Michelin. ACQUISITION

- Gave live on-site demonstrations of the XELUS Parts software product, a tactical planning and execution tool used by Lockheed.

- Featured in marketing films as Lead Logistic Analyst/Command Center Supervisor demonstrating Lockheed’s accurate forecasting process and customer satisfaction accomplishments.

- Crafted Concept of Operations (ConOps) Statement of Work for Lockheed on the Air Force Tire Multi-Platform Life Time Support proposal.

- Worked with Canada Chinook Helicopter Proposal Team to develop ConOps (Concept of Operations) for Statement of Work for Pilot Flight Support Kits.

- Forecasted replenishment quantities, presented and defended requirements package and obtained funding approval for a $150 M contract award for F/A-18 Flight Surfaces (Ailerons, Vertical & Horizontal Stabilizers, Flaps) through multiple executive approval level. Denise M. Judd Page 2

- Pioneered a multi-year, multi-source contract for F18 Landing Gear for critical long lead equipment as a member of Integrated Product Team (contracts, logistics, engineering, legal and Naval Program experts) achieving an extremely competitive F18 Landing Gear contract award to 5 new domestic sources. This award helped to stabilize the domestic industrial base, and brought production control back to the US from existing overseas source. TECHNICAL

- Revamped the Customer order process design using lean manufacturing principles and launched the General Aviation Tire Program at Lockheed that enabled a flawless transition from Michelin Tire Company management to Lockheed in October 2003.

- Updated government work instructions and commercial process and procedures in accordance with Defense industry standards.

- Responsible for S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meetings for General Aviation Tire program.

- Contributed to successful ISO 9000/9001 audits for Lockheed Command Center Work Process and Procedures. Have knowledge of AS9100 and additional criteria for quality and safety in aerospace.

- Participated in Employee Involvement Team Value Stream Mapping project analyzing the proposal response process, reducing turn-around time by 50% from 120 to 60 days at Boeing.

- Conducted audits as member of Naval Inspector General (IG) review team at Lemoore and Cherry Point; coordinated IG findings and responses

- Maintained CH47 Helicopter Technical data bases for International customers (United Kingdom, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Japan and others) researching engineering drawings, vendor data, SLIC Wave technical data base, Logistics Data Base (LDM), and other Boeing data bases vital to ensuring configuration accuracy, procurement accuracy and shipping requirements.

- Built Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Provisioning Data tables for NAVICP Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and F/A-18 Programs.

- Worked with engineer counterparts to identify emerging Obsolescence situations, develop End of Life time requirements and/or find alternative sources under Naval Aviation DMS Program.

- Developed and validated Maintenance Planning and Source Coding for multiple programs at NAVICP
