Major Job responsibility was Design of various Chassis components, like Subframes, Control Arms, etc. to meet & exceed customer satisfaction.

Lead Design Engineer for FORD C170 program for designing & engineering Rear Trailing Arm for 2008 Focus. Designed using I-DEAS & Catia-V5.

Responsibilities included but not limited to developing various engineering processes like GD&T, FMEA, P-diagrams, DVP&R. Provided substantial savings to FORD programs by optimally designing & engineering the sheet metal stamped

Lead the team to accomplish all the core models, Head assemblies, Tolerance Stackups & Production detail drawings. Have been involved in all aspects of the Head Design along with designing the various casting cores, related tooling & detail drawings.
