Purpose

To obtain a position as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator with a company in need of strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, census building, and experienced financial management. I am searching for a position I can root myself into, become part of the community and stay for years. I want to make the building I choose a beacon of the community. Inspire New Boston (New Boston, TX) March 2017 – June 2017

Administrator - Performed all duties as the administrator of this skilled nursing facility with great success. Walked into this position and pulled the team together, developed policies and procedures that were non-existent, and got the facility lined out to grow and be successful.

Bremond Care and Rehab (Bremond, TX) September 2016 – February 2017

Director of Social Services - I am the liason between residents and their families and management. I maintain an accurate account of each resident’s history, cognitive and emotional status as well as maintaining advanced directives. I assist with Medicaid applications all other aspects of social work in a long term care facility.
