Objective

I am currently seeking a leadership position that allows my quality’s and skill set to be utilized in a company that is seeking growth and loyalty. I have a passion to lead by example and implement steps for an unobstructed vision in a company’s future.

Highlights

Throughout my time at Rehrig Pacific Company I had multiple positions that excelled with my leadership skills. As a Production Manager, I was able to reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency, reduce downtime and implement a training program through standard work and visual control systems. In my last year as the Materials Manager, I developed countermeasures that made my team accountable for production and more skilled through real time training and auditing systems. During my tenure as material manager I cut our raw material costs more than a third from the previous year by using recycled plastic materials. This resulted in 4.4 million dollars in savings. I have been trained and cultured to live by the Lean (5S) Management system. I am proficient in all five pillars of 5S. Company vision and personal leadership traits has allowed me to propel my management roles within this company and give me the experience to handle elevated level management problem solving skills.

Starting and selling a profitable company from ground zero has been my largest accomplishment to date. I set up systems for every department of my company, develop a training matrix, and create a marketing strategy to maximize first year earning potential. I left a position with no growth in my future and started a company with no ceiling. Starting my own business did not equate to me spending more time with my family, it became the opposite.

I was able to recruit extraordinary talent in all fields of home remodeling to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting state requirements for safety and code standards.
