[2012-Present]

[Assistant Manager] [Little Caesars] [3459 N. Main Street Hope Mills, NC 28348] As an Assistant Manager I am responsible for receiving, counting, and organizing products we use daily in the store. I am also responsible for answering the phone and at times handle customer complaints in the best manner possible for both the customer and the company. On busy nights I have to help ensure there is good customer flow and that everyone has been helped in a timely manner which may include being cashier so I am used to a fast paced environment. I also handle the money such as daily deposits and make sure the cashiers have enough money at all times in their drawers. At the end of the shifts I have to countdown and balance the drawers to ensure that all money is accounted for so I am accustomed to the daily task of ending the business day.

● [Health Care] (A semester of clinical rounds learning vitals, charts, reception, triage)

● Peer Helper program (teacher's assist with filing, document checking and data entry) Acknowledgments

● I was promoted at my current job pretty quickly because of my flexibility and ability to adapt. With that promotion, I was given more responsibility on the inventory side the of the business but also the handling of more pressing customer matters. I feel that my experience in serving large amounts of people and having to be organized to help the service of the customers will aid in my duties. I have been told I have great people skills and I would like the opportunity to branch out and use that quality elsewhere while learning something new. I believe that with my quick learning and willingness to help others that I would make a great addition to the staff.
