Review, management, response and retention of all incoming and outgoing correspondence via U.S. Mail and E-Mail, and maintenance of attorney calendars.

Perform heavy typing and dictaphone transcription, enter billable time and costs, and also entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable information.

Drafting and proofreading of releases, contracts, answers, subpoenas, complaints, discovery, and motions for various matters, filing same with Court.

Worked with attorneys in the preparation of depositions, trials, arbitration hearings, etc. by organizing and labeling legal documents.
