Responsible to ensure the Client satisfaction through competitive and quality operations.
Responsible to manage the overall operations of a fleet in a competitive and safe manner by coordinating all the actions, related to the vessels: Operations, QHSE, Routing, Fuel Consumption, Crewing and Maintenance.
Provide instructions and guidance to Masters relevant to operations, navigation, bunkering, communications, voyage planning, charter party instructions, and stores.
Ensure the vessels are correctly manned and operationally maintained for Clients operations at all times.
Responsible to monitor the operational budget of the fleet.
Provide the primary link between shore and vessel management. Ensure regular vessels visits on scene.
Ensure proper link with contract managers, brokers, agents and vessels to fulfil vessels contracts.
Responsible to review and resolve reported incidents, defects, deficiencies, non-conformances, accidents and customer complaints.
