Project Description:-

This project involved the migration of TAXINJ tax procedure to TAXINN tax procedure for GST implementation.

Role and Responsibilities:

Creating and handling custom function module for tax rate, VAT/CST, Service Tax, ED. Analyzing the objects and solved issues as per client requirement.

Updated technical specifications as per the modified code.

Apart from the above applications I was involved in Modifying layout sets using Smart forms.

Checking whether the issue reported comes under Standard Support or Consulting

Reports:

Display list of materials for a material type with below options. 1. Add a hotspot for material number. 2. Whenever user double click on any material no, it should go to MM03 transaction to display material.

Creating ALV report for displaying the Tax code map between TAXINJ Tax code and TAXINN Tax code with their description.

Creating GUI Upload program.

Regular Interaction with the end users over phone or through emails to know more about the issue, system information or the issue status

Coordinating with onsite team in day-to-day troubleshooting tickets.

Attending weekly meeting and analyzing pending issues

Providing suggestions to the team in reducing backlogs

Reports:

Created report lists for the gross sales, credit returns, gross weight for the current year and comparing the same with that of the previous year for the same period. The data is selected from KNVV, BKPF, BSEG and MARA.

Created an Interactive report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection made the corresponding Vendor Bank Details are listed such that the line selected in the basic list was visible along with the secondary list.

Data Conversions / Interfaces from Legacy Systems:

Designed and coded a BDC program for Open Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will create new sales orders depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 and VA02 transactions.

Customer exit:

Business Requirement: Whenever we create a customer. We need to check whether the customer belongs to specific Country and if Region is equal to space .Then, raise an Error message.

User exit

Business Requirement: Whenever business user creates a delivery order, the standard SAP application dose not check for storage location (whether it is space or not ), if it is space it should raise a error message.
