Coordinates Air Travel

Receives requests for travel and books flights based on approved itinerary, including airport transfers in Manila

Where there are changes in travel details, confirms the details and approvals, and arranges the rebooking or purchase of new tickets

Coordinates Project Vehicle Dispatch; Booking Car Rentals (within Manila, airport transfers, outbound to Luzon areas)

Manages the web-based booking of BEST Program vehicles (2) and certifies on appropriate tracking of serviced requests

Coordinates Accommodations in Manila

Responsible for the booking the accommodations of staff traveling to Manila

Where there are changes in booking details, arranges extension, cancellation, or transfer to other establishments

Consolidates the travel arrangements and prepares the relevant travel logistics information for reference of the traveling staff, regional operations office and the relevant line manager;

Performs administrative tasks related to travel coordination and logistics

Maintains a record of approved travel requests and email instructions on travel approvals

Prepares a booking summary of flights, car rentals and accommodations

Receives the invoices and prepares the support documentation for payment

The position may also be assigned to perform other administrative / procurement tasks as may be determined by the Operations Manager.

C&C TRAVEL

Specific instructions on Amadeus works/bookings will come directly from sales department, ticketing-in-charge at our Copenhagen office.. But as a start-up, you will focus on searching/getting lowest applicable fares for sold travels and requests sent daily by our CPH office. You are expected to accomplish your task in order to meet deadlines especially during peak periods

RAJAH TRAVEL CORPORATION –Implant in Asian Development Bank (ADB)

Handles booking/hotel reservations using AMADEUS GDS system

Provides flight itineraries that are cost efficient and most direct for Asian Development Bank staffs (ADB).

Process reissuance and refunding of tickets.

Handling request from our ADB offices abroad through calls or email.

Calling Airlines abroad for availability of new flights and to confirm schedule changes

Flights

*Provides comprehensive flight options for sea crew/seamen form different destinations (ASIA, EUROPE & AMERICAS).

Ticket Issuance

*Issues etickets for the seafarers based on the agreed flights and most cost efficient.

Reissuance/Refund/Revalidation

*Processes ticket reissuance or revalidation in case sudden changes occurred on the flight previously issued.

*Refunding etickets based the request from the client.

AMADEUS PHILIPPINES

Analysis of Fares

* accurately analyze airline/customer fare sheet and fares to be loaded in the negotiated fares database (Farexpert V2).

* Interpret fares for encoding into the negotiated fares database. * Provide man-day sizing for fares to be loaded in the negotiated fares database

Fares/Data Entry

* Provide negotiated fares encoding to channels to markets (CTM) and customers in Asia Pacific

* Create the negotiated fares for each fare type, each city pair or sector, each fare condition

* Ensure the quality of negotiated fares that are encoded by the team, to reach customers or channels to market requirements

* Create new or modify existing fares. Extend validity or stop sale of loaded negotiated fares, when required.

Product Knowledge & Functional Testing

* Provide assistance to Product Manager of the Central Product Management Amadeus Asia in terms of loading fares in the negotiated fares database

* Conduct functional tests on Farexpert enhancements and provide feedback to Fare Filling Team in NCE

* Provide Negotiated Fare Product support and answer inquiries on product functionality (when the need arises)

Reporting

* Responsible in creating PTRs for fare loading and pricing discrepancies

* Responsible in advising RDES Manager of fare loading problems, identify cause of problems and recommend solutions

* Record loading hours in RDES Timesheet for Monthly Client Usage Reports * Provide Quality Control Specialists with Summary File Reports and pertinent documents for quality checks

Problem Investigation

* Handle and investigate PTR claims

* Fix data entry errors

* Investigate fare discrepancies or data entered by the RDES

Communication

Provide updates and feedback of loading to Channels to Market (ABG, ACO, MCG, ADC) and Amadeus customers (Travel Agencies, Consolidators, Corporate customers)
