Ive been in food and sanitation for 20 years. From dish room worker to cook and supervisor. I've learned all aspects of working in food service except for the ordering of foods and making menúes. I'm energetic, responsible, dependable, reliable and punctual. I'm not afraid to ask a questions if needed. I can follow orders and or instructions on doing job duties. I'm able to lift heavy equipment or products if necessary. I can take criticism well and use that to be a better worker. Although I've been in food service a long time I am open and willing to take a career change for further advancement in this or other job Industry. I am looking for a job/career that's full time, benefits, and has room for advancement. Job duties required preparing food service line for the serving of all three meals. Plating desserts, turn on all hot food wells as well as coffee machine and hot plate equipment. I was required to learn all positions of the service line. Cleaning of the kitchen included service line, carts, walls and floors. In the dish room all three positions were also required to learn two strippers and one picker. The cleaning of dish machine had to be thorough inside and out. Belts, dish racks, walls and floors were also cleaned. All job duties were required to be done by certain times and in certain manner.

Job duties were to assist the foreman on all home improvement, painting and flooring. Requirements included knowledge of all/some tools. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds or more consistently. Must be able to do all cleaning on job sight which included proer storage of tools and maintenence of job sight

Job duties varied from job to job. Sanding and staining multiple pieces of wood pieces. Learning all power saws were required with some but not all job projects. Moved up to sprayer with in a couple of months. Learned all formulas for top coates,stain and sealer. When necessary shipping and receiving was also a requirement. I aquired forklift experience as well.

Job duties included all knowledge of every position except for dietitian, cooks and supervisor. All cleaning and proper use of cleaning products had to be done quick and also thorough. All areas in kichen including dining room had to cleaned. After Two years I became a second shift cook. Learned menu and diets, how to run all areas of kichen including employees. How to execute all meal in case of power loss or emergency.

Night shift cook. Responsibilities are the safety of the residents, which include diets and allergies ensure all staff is on time and doing there job duties fast and efficiantly. Required to oversee all staff are correctly and properly doing all job and cleaning assignments. All food and equipment temperatures must be taken at the beginning and end of every shift. Ensure also the safety of employees as there performing their duties as well
