Performed QA/QC inspections and procedures ensured product compliancy to IS09001, FDA and SOP standards as well as maintained (DHR)Device History Records. Performed inspections of all final product, repaired units, sub-assemblies and incoming materials. Used Agile for documentation of non-conforming product (NCO), created engineering change orders (ECO) for corrective action to repair units. This required the ability to understand and follow complex procedures, read electrical schematics, the usage of measuring devices and calipers.
Electronic Tech (3/1/2010 - 5/1/2013)
Duties included the manufacturing sub-assembly of multiple MRI products including knee coils, head coils, body coils, and infant coils. This required the use of my following skills, troubleshooting, the usage of multiple electrical test equipment and the ability to understand complex procedures, as well as soldering and the ability to run Pick and Place machines for surface mounted pc boards.
