Public service utilities contractor serving Philadelphia & New Jersey region for underground electric, gas and water installations / repairs.

Sr. Project Manager: Manager of project management team and leader for expanding business opportunities in new target geographic areas of New Jersey for PSE&G and PANYNJ.

• Headline project: $2.6MM PSE&G Newark Liberty Airport project for the installation of precast and pour-in-place manholes, switchgear pads, and 1,000+ LF of underground conduit.

International Tier I supplier of automotive bumper systems implementing $42MM capital upgrade program.

Construction Manager: Team leader for a multi-faceted corporate building renovation program working with several automotive program managers from offices ranging from Detroit to Toronto.

Served as one of two pivotal program leaders in the construction of a new stamping press pit and plastic injection molding press line.

Rapidly expanding countrywide engineering and solutions-based heavy haul / heavy lift transportation and crane company, generating over $1B in revenue.

Project Manager: Marathon Refinery Heavy Oil Upgrade Project in Detroit, MI. Integral leader in newly formed Detroit local office to complete the final phase of an $18MM heavy haul and crane / rigging contract for Fluor Constructors at the $2.2 Billion Marathon project. Project consisted of several heavy stack lifts, lift & transport over a mile of a massive 40’ high pipe trestle bridge into RR right-of-way location.

Jump started incomplete and demobilized project with new local project team, including the use of local union trades and specialized engineers.

Aggressively maintained schedule and completed final project phase within the four (4_ month operating window with an additional $409K in additional work revenues.

U.S. ALTERNATIVE LENDING, LLC, Commerce Township, MI, 2009 - 2012

Emerging construction management firm serving the hotel renovation industry throughout the USA.

Sr. Project Manager & Estimator: Successfully implemented and completed a $36M Sheraton Suites Hotel capital improvement renovation program for six 245+ suite mid-rise hotels in six states.

Simultaneously managed procurement and supervision of 85+ specialty contractors, vendors, architects, and engineering design firms.

Developed stakeholder communications plans, including an 800+ activity MS Project schedule, cost (P&L) reports, quality / risk, and procurement management processes reports.
