SCL Health is a not-for-profit organization sponsored by Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth and is a $2.4 billion health network. The project involves implementation of PeopleSoft CRM Sales application which includes Account, Lead and Work flow management. Allowing customer information to be updated rapidly as an institution engages with a potentially troubled account in real time. Work flow management was a key to the implementation as they had plenty of automated business rules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Worked on AGILE Environment with daily scrum meetings, grooming sessions, planning and sprint cycles.

Sun Healthcare Group provides long-term, sub-acute, and related health care services at more than 200 inpatient facilities in 25 states (totaling some 23,000 beds) through its Sun Bridge Healthcare subsidiary. Sun Bridge’s facilities are primarily skilled nursing centers for seniors; it also offers assisted and independent living arrangements and behavioral health services.

This project was the One Health Plan System that would allow the members to access their profiles and information pertaining to insurance benefits, plan details, premium, claim status and also personal medical history. The application also facilitated the policyholders to go online and check availability for appointment with doctors, schedule and re-schedule an appointment as per their convenience.
