The system was developed in VB with interfaces to web-based external third party systems for providing clients with class progress and status information.

• Project manager for the creation and ongoing development of a EHR system to handle client records for participants of wellness programs sold to customers. EDI interfaces were created with multiple external vendors for transmission of client health data to and from wellness events and assessments. Status reports and utilization data are available on demand for customer status reviews and contract renewal meetings.

• Project manager and lead programmer for the creation of an integrated geospatial office locator and appointment scheduling system. The system uses a custom VB front end integrated with Microsoft MapPoint and SQL Server to create on-demand maps of the provider network for call center personnel to view when speaking to new clients during initial intake calls. The implementation of this system decreased the length of initial intake calls by over 30% on average and allowed real time information to be accessible to call center coordinators.

• Project manager and lead designer for the implementation of the technical and software infrastructure to support a multimillion dollar contract; the project was successfully completed under budget and within an accelerated 23 day deadline. The project included a build-out of vacant physical space within a separate wing of the corporate headquarters including purchase and installation of desktop computers, a wired and wireless network infrastructure, software design and installation of a VoIP telecommunications system.
