CLARCOR was looking for building the warehouse which is near real time and have the latest data in the operational reports and warehouse. Currently it’s handled by JAROS and the loads run in batches which is causing the delays to see the transactional changes on the warehouse. Informatica is used to replace JAROS and build the load strategy similar to JAROS in informatica.

Internal and External interfaces are further divided in to Applications such as Loan Registration, Cash to CPI, UBS Mavent, GMAC & TCO.

Loan Registration: LoanReg interface handles Loans from different Databases like PHHORCE (Sybase DB), WEB(Sybase DB) and these generates Loan specific flat files (drip or drop files) and Loan files are processed in LoanReg, which is VC++ application. The processed data is inserted / updated in oracle database called CASH (Oracle DB). From CASH, data will move to other all interfaces like CMDR, QRM, etc.

CASH to CPI: This module is to automate the loan servicing/administration part of the loan life cycle for various Mortgage providers such as Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab and many more.

UBS Mavent: This module is developed using Oracle (SQL and PLSQL), Informatica, and UNIX. UBS is one of the largest clients of PHH Mortgage. This interface was developed to generate compliance reports and transaction reports based on loan activities in XML format from different data sources to UBS.

TCO (Time Cost Optimization): The main purpose of this project is to Re-design existing stored procedures and Interfaces to come up with one common frame work which extract all required information.

Responsibilities

Create procedures, packages and functions to extract data from different sources.

Developed mappings using expression, aggregator, filter, joiner, Lookup, router, update strategy and procedures to develop and feed Data Mart. Deployed and tested sessions in Informatica Server
