- Managed and trained 8 field service engineers in support of five $7 million Ebeam systems located throughout the US.

- Developed test procedures to reduce down time incurred after a major routine maintenance procedure.

- On-site service/support engineer responsible for the installation, routine service, repairs, and calibration on a $7 million electron beam lithography system. Designed and organized a $2 million dollar inventory and control application to support Ebeam systems.

Field Service Engineer:

- Extensive travel in the US and Canada for service, installation, maintenance and customer training on various Scanning (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopes

(TEM). Granted DOE Security Clearance (Inactive).
