Hire, train, evaluate and manage 25+ employees. I had comprehensive responsibility for safety, production, purchasing, maintenance and quality control. Monitor, report and purchase plant and trucking operation supplies and equipment. Assisted with sales and dispatching when necessary. Helped with plant and mobile equipment purchases and set up.

• Supervised set up and tear down of mobile screening and crushing plants.

• Supervised all phases of crushing and screening operations to meet sales demand.

I started in maintenance and welding, then moved to plant operator. This was a lead position and allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge by understanding the importance of plant flow to meet and exceed production goals. After doing that I went back into maintenance on a second shift as maintenance lead man. Helped with capital improvements to upgrade the Hanson plant from a 600TPH plant to an 850TPH plant with 91% uptime in the following next two years. From here I moved to the plant foremen position with responsibilities over safety, mine planning, drilling and blasting, production, quality control, and inventory.
