Function as an Implementation Consultant, responsible for smooth implementation of Payroll, Benefits, HR system for Ceridian clients.

Responsible for managing the entire project management including reviewing the statement of work, scheduling meetings, creating project plan, reviewing the status reports with the client and issues

Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements and document the process for the service delivery team while identify Payroll/ HR best practices

Coordinate with all internal partners to build the solution to meet the requirements of the client. Identify and work through any change requests with internal partners and client.

Document the client’s needs in the Software Requirements Specification document and provide to internal software developers for development.

Payroll/Human Resources Specialist- March 2004-July 2006

Managed and process approximately 30 payrolls in a timely manner for diverse client base using ADP systems.
