Project Details: Radiology department of a hospital was involved in creating an application which will use to transfer patient’s information safely from labs to doctors. The project involved maintenance of the hospital’s & government’s privacy policies, the system which is used for keeping Electronic Health Records of the hospital’s privacy and government’s policies.
Responsibilities
Facilitated user meetings, gathered Business requirements through various methods.
Used a business Analysis methodology with the SDLC, developed use cases, project plans and manage scope.
Meeting with Business Owners, SME and store users for Requirement gathering in Definition Stage.
Worked on hospital’s & government’s privacy policies, version for all EDI transactions.
Responsible for writing Functional Requirement, manage Scope and change throughout the SDLC process.
Created workflow diagrams to better demonstrate the processes adopted.
Extensively interacted with stakeholders & IT Department to finalize the requirements according to the (hospital, local and central government) Compliances/Regulations.

Involved in review & improvement of the business processes based on user requirement. Interviewing the HOD’s and other end users, asking detailed questions and carefully recording the requirements.
Used MS Visio to create business process flowcharts and workflow diagrams.
