- Using Unigraphics NX we designed rack and pinion steering system and analyzed the whole system at different loads and temperatures.
- 270mm petal disc brakes were similarly analyzed.
Design of a AC-40 air circulator
- Using CREO Parametric 2.0 all the parts of an AC-40 air circulator were designed.
- Considering all the constraints these parts were assembled, sectional drawings and BOM’s were created.
- Assembly was checked for global interferences and collisions.
- Assembly was simulated by assigning servo motors and verified for different speeds of motor.
Design and Analysis of Engine Block Cooling Fins with Different Geometries and Materials.
- Using Solidworks engine block with cooling fins was designed.
- Multiple designs were created with different fin geometries like circular, square and hexagonal.
- Using Workbench the engine block was thermally analyzed.
- Engine block was analyzed for different materials and fin geometries to find the best one.
Unmanned War Tanker with Automatic Sensing of Hit Directions.
- Fabricated an unmanned tanker which has a pressure detecting shell body.
- Communication was done using ZigBee module.
- MEMS accelerometer was used to control the tanker by tilting in the desired direction.
- Tanker detect and fire projectiles in both manual and automatic mode.
Pick and Place Quadcopter with Robotic Arm
- Fabricated a Quadcopter which can be used for industrial purposes.
- It has a robotic arm at the bottom which can pick objects and placed at desired locations.
- Arm was analyzed for various gripping loads.
