Sanitary sewer re-construction project in Palmetto,

Florida. Responsible for contractors (3 ea.) monthly pay

requests, installed quantities, daily reports and minor

design changes. This included three main projects. One,

an add-on construction to a 8 MGD wastewater plant

with a 250,000-gal. reclaim water tank system. Two, a 72

inch x 300 lf. bore & jack with 60 inch carrier pipe. And

three, ten foot x ten foot x 2500 lf concrete box culvert.

SALARY: $52,000.00 / year. Plus expenses.

REASON FOR CHANGE: All three contracts completed.

July 1998 TOPPINO, INC. ($33,675,009.00)

February 1999 Contracted as Project Manager for a fast track sanitary

sewer rehabilitation project in Key West, Florida. The

job consisted of replacing the existing 50 year old

system with 4 inch to 34 inch diameter pipe, HDPE

lined manholes and roadway re-construction of

Duval Street. This was scheduled as a three year

project. We completed this work in less then two years

SALARY: $80,600.00 / year (no bonus & no expenses)

REASON FOR CHANGE: Contract completed

November 1996 ALLSTATE POWER-VAC, INC ($9,065,998.00)

July 1998 Contracted as Project Manager for a major pipe bursting

project on a U.S. Air Force Base in Sumter, South

Carolina. This project was +/- 30,000 feet of 6 inch to

15 inch HDPE for sanitary pipe line and manhole

rehabilitation. Responsible for all negotiations with the

Air Force Contracts Officer and pay request with reports.

SALARY: $78,780 /year. Plus Bonus (no expenses)

REASON FOR CHANGE: Contract completed. Project

was on time and on budget.

August 1995 E.T. MACKENZIE of FLORIDA, INC ($5,987,955.00)

November1996 Contracted as Project Manager for heavy construction and

underground utility work in the state of Florida. Responsible

for and controlled al project cost, as-builts and reports. This

included long, large diameter bore & jacks, sub-aqueous

crossing and aerial crossing installing 31,680 lf of 24 inch

DIP reclaim water line for FP&L south of Bartow, FL.

SALARY: $44,200.00 / year. and all expenses

REASON FOR CHANGE: Was injured on job site. Had to

cancel my contract to take physical therapy.

July 1994 TRI-WAY LAND DEVELOPMENT. ($56,900,000.00)

July 1995 Contracted as a Project Manager for a 280-acre single

family residential project. This included the excavation

of over 1.5 million cubic yards of lake excavation. I was

also responsible for installing all infrastructure, roadways,

storm water drainage and sea walls. I also qualified this

company with my FL. state contractors license.

SALARY:$42,900.00 / year ( no expenses or bonus)

REASON FOR CHANGE: End of my contract.

April 1994 Contracted as Barterex group engineer. Responsible for

residential and commercial appraisal, acquisition and redesign

of international properties. Was also responsible for the

re-construction and sale of properties. These projects are

located in the Caribbean Basin south of Cuba. Design, survey &
