Assists the President, and other administrators, to coordinate the equal flow of district’s PK-12 educational programs.

Manages and coaches four Principals on year-long evidence-based cycle of school culture, operations, academics, and compliance and leads bi-weekly professional development for school leaders designed to grow their capacity using the 70/20/10 model from the Bridgespan Group.

Coaches EQUITY based culture, human relations, and operations staff members in evidence-based cycle, including overseeing Network-wide School Culture Professional Development, technology, facilities and maintenance, safety and security, growth on the EQ developed School Culture and Operations Rubric, and staff on-boarding and retention.

Partners with national non-profit TNTP to develop teacher recruitment and retention strategy that led to new teacher recruitment strategy and resulted in 98% hire readiness rate in September 2016.

Partners with President to manage vendor and contract billing, specifically transitioning schools and staff to paperless invoice system AnyBill.

Negotiates staff contracts and processes payroll, including reconciling benefit packages, and 401K accounts for over 100 employees.

Responsible for approving and certifying state and federal aid funds through the state’s Cash Management System and State Budget Office as well as reporting reimbursement packets to fiduciaries of grants outside of the organization.

Conducts staff censuses for 401K, liability insurance, supplemental insurance packages, as well as IRS compliance with ACCORD and ERISSA policies.

Supports President for contract and vendor negotiations regarding transportation, special education services, substitute services, technology, and purchasing of school equipment.

Coordinates vendor and service provider contracts and certificates of liability insurance between schools and EQUITY.
