Saroj Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi (Oct 10, 2016 - April14, 2017) Saroj Group of Hospitals has made a significant mark in the healthcare landscape. Role and responsibilities:

1. Renewal of Hospital Licenses –

Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Pre-Natal-Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT), Director of Health Services (DHS) -renewal before their expiry date 2. Renewal of all contracts includes clinical contracts e.g Labs and administrative contracts e.g. hostel, pantry, laundry, security, housekeeping, parking etc 3. Arrangement of all meetings– this will include:- a) Coordinating attendance through circular and telephonic information. b) Eatables arrangement as per requirement.

c) Arrangement for seating plan with housekeeping staff. d) Arrangement of projector, laptop or mike as per requirement of meeting. e) Recording / capturing of minutes of meeting and its circular after signature of HOD taking the meeting.

4. Bills of hospital:-

a) Newspaper

b) Telephone bills of the hospital.

c) Internal services – Issue of SIM Card, Mobile etc d) Hospital bills – Electricity, Water, Cable TV,

e) Payment of hostel rent to owner

f) Electricity and water bill of hostels

g) Bills of Hospital Canteen

h) Laundry Bill

i) Ambulance running (Dhan Singh Ambulance)

j) Bio – Medical Waste

k) Vehicle Petrol Pump bill

5. Complaints: Follow up of internal /external complaints with the HOD/Concerned staff and sisters in charge.

6. Mails received in the hospital includes :-

a) Ensuring receipt all mails and its entry in the receiving and dispatch register b) Putting up mails to the directors for remarks

c) Taking further action as per the noting of director d) Forwarding to concerned dept.

e) Filing it in concerned files along with action taken remarks. f) Timely dispatching of all mails.

7. Hygiene and sanitation of Canteen including their employees. 8. Hygiene and sanitation of Hospital.

9. Vehicle maintenance and compliance like insurance, pollution, road tax. 10. Coordinating to allocate of vehicles as per staff requirements. 11. Cutting of trees (permission from Horticulture Deptt) / branches to keep the hospital surrounding area
