Assisted with aligning Health & Safety to the HR function. Provides advice, assistance and follow up on company procedures, documentation and State and Federal Employment Laws for a non-profit organization. Developed and implemented a Talent Management Review Process for the organization. Assisted Financing personnel with processing weekly and bi- weekly time keeping for payroll utilizing QuickBooks.
