Assist project manager in Tendering.

Assist project manager in preparing BOQ for Design and Build jobs

Prepare BOQ and send enquiry to suppliers .

Prepare boq and get quotation for subcon works.

Certify the subcaon works for payment

Prepare ducting layout for Design and build

Supervising the Installation of Water cooled Chiller, Air-cooled chiller Primary and secondary chilled water pump,

AHU and Ducting system installation as per SCMNA standard, VRF Air-conditioning, Precision Air-conditioning, Split Units Stair case pressurization system, smoke spill system, Building Management system. Ducting installation for exhaust fan and air-conditioning works VAV boxes and CAV boxes and Diffuser and Grilles and Dehumidifier Electrical Works

Supervising the Installation of switch gear and up to 1500 kva transformer, Supervising the Installation of Main intake substation. Installation of PA system, CCTV system, Card access system. Intruder Alarm system, Perimeter Detection system, Fire alarm system, Networking system, fibre optic, Telecom system, Audio video system.

Installation of LV cable, HV cable, Street lighting, Diesel genset, UPS, Lighting protection system, Fire System works

Supervising the Domestic water system, Fire hose reel system, Dry riser, Wet riser and Fire sprinkler system, FM 200, Fire hydrant.

Supervising the contractor works, like LV, HV, Air-cooled chiller, chilled water system, chilled water pumps, Overhead crane, CCTV, PA, Fire alarm, FM 200 . Any discrepancy between drawing and boq inform head office, issue memo to contractor if they not follow the specification. site inspection with contractor and verify the RFI submitted by the contractor Coordination with main contractor and consultant team, supervising the contractor works whether they follow as per drawing and specification, if not issue memo to the contractor, and inform MEP consultant. Certifying the progress claim, verifying the shop drawing submitted by the contractor, certifying the final account, verifying the operation and maintenance manual Post Tender Works

Feasibility Study and Budget Preparation

Conceptual and Detailed Engineering Design

Co-ordination with Authorities having Jurisdiction (Dept. of Fire Services, Electrical Services.)

Co-ordination with Project Architect and Civil & Structural Engineers

Tender Drawings and Document (BOQ and Technical Specification) Preparation in accordance with International Standards and Codes such as NFPA, British Standard, ASHRAE, IEE and National Electric Codes, Brunei Building By Laws etc. Pre Tender Works
