Position: Contract Negotiator/Administrator, Marketing Coordinator, and Document Control Clerk (March 2012 - October 2016)
Duties: reviewed construction contracts, master service agreements, and nondisclosure agreements for language and clauses that were not compliant with the procedures of my company or were too risky from a financial, scheduling, or quality control standpoint, red-lined those contracts and replaced the verbiage with mutually beneficial language to return to our potential client, worked directly with the potential client, our CEO and other departments within the company to negotiate terms that both parties would find agreeable. After we were awarded the contract, I worked directly with our client and each division of our company to ensure that our firm and the client’s firm were adhering to the confines of the contract language. In doing so, I secured 3 multi-million dollar projects within the nuclear energy sector and established a document control system that was new to our firm and a requirement by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. All of the above was accomplished while still maintaining all of the responsibilities listed under my previous position with American Tank & Vessel, Inc.
