Position Title:

1. Staff Accountant Date : June 2015 to July 17, 2017

1)Posts signed journal entries into the General Ledger using MAS

2)Transfer funds for payroll direct deposits, accounts payable, flex spending via Automatic Clearing House (ACH), pays Federal and State taxes and other transactions affecting the Cash in Bank

3)Runs the Financial Reports, reviews, analyzes the monthly trend to detect possible errors, if any, and to analyze the result of financial operation

4)Reviews the correctness of accounting entries and the completeness of supporting documents on Checks in payment of Accounts Payable in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

5)Rechecks the correctness of the Bank Reconciliation Report, prepares the Monthly Bank Reconciliation Report and prepares the appropriate Journal Entries

1.Reviews the correctness of the recorded slots revenues and table games revenues, the completeness of supporting documents and signatures and tabulating the results in the worksheet

2.Reviews the correctness of the Cage's Daily Accountability Report, verifying appropriate signing officers, analyzing the correctness of account classifications

3.Tabulates the revenues and expenses recorded on Item # 2 above

4.Reviews all revenues, comps, points earned and discounts from all venues on food and beverage, gift shops and hotel operations, verifying completeness of signatures
