Started my own Cleaning Business, have references available upon request. WWW.heartandsoulcleaning.com . Very rewarding and love having my own business. Can get slow and unpredictable.

Unloaded trucks for Target and helped with stocking. Very hard work and slow parts of the year. Started cleaning business in slow times. Business took off for a while and became primary work.

Became a Certified Trainer at the Olive Garden in Keene. I trained new employees in the Alley Station. This included prep and organization of the salads, breads and desserts. Once those people where all trained I moved into Production, where I performed prep for line cooks.

I held a position as Food Service Director for a Summer Camp “Fleur de Lis” for girls(http://www.fleurdeliscamp.org/). This position was managed through Fitz, Vogt- Customized Food Service Management. I did the food ordering, staffing, scheduling, dealt with all vendors and staff members. Three meals a day seven days a week for 10 weeks. This was only a summer Camp (very long hours).

I returned to Wal-Mart as a Night Receiver in a position that was available. Ron has given me many responsibilities including setting tabs, supervising associates in my department, putting freight away. I was promoted to Food Department Manager. I was responsible for staffing, training, department inventory, department resets. I also dealt with Coke, Pepsi, Frito, Uts, Cabbot Cheese, Garrelick Farms, Hershey Candy, Mars Candy, Nabisco, Sunshine, Nissen, G/Housing, Season Vendors.

I recently was serving as Harborside's Food Service Director filling in for their full time Director that was called away for Army Reserve's. My position at Harborside involved scheduling four cooks and numerous diet aids, ordering food and supplies and supplements, weekly inventory (inventory rotation), HIPPA paperwork, Dietary requirements database, special events.

I started with Wal-Mart in Cash Office as Accounting Office Associate, and was trained through their Computer Base Training. Duties include checks & balances, money orders from armored truck delivery, computerized daily bookkeeping, cash drops. I was promoted to Community Evolvement Coordinator, Helping people with needs in the community

(public relations). I left Wal-Mart to help out a previous employer with a temporary opportunity (Harborside).

My position at Sargents Camp was one of my more challenging, I loved the challenge but there need was only for a summer (their Food Service Director as out temporary because of surgery)

EF Lane Hotel over staffed the cooking staff during the opening, and employee's hours where cut.

I returned to the New Hampshire area in part because of family needs (Health of my mother and grandmother). My mother past away 7/1999. My grandmother (Who has Alzheimer’s) was in the care of my mother. She came to live with my family and now is with another family member (My uncle). The complicated care required me to take time away from working. This effected the time period of 1996-2000. Thank you for all of your time and effort.

Sincerely

Monica Burdette
