“I would like to take this time to recognize one of your employee's, Mr. Roger Mandel. My colleague and myself have just returned from a grueling two weeks in BCF 203. We found the entire two weeks to be way beyond anything we ever imagined. The class did not pertain to anything we currently use or will be using w/in our current duties so as a result we found it to be extremely challenging and difficult. There were times we were ready to throw in the towel and head for home we were so overwhelmed. If it weren't for Roger, we can honestly say we would have. Roger immediately detected our stress level and sat with us time and time again and explained the content of the class to us in laymen terms. He reassured us and left us feeling so much less confused each night. We can both honestly say if it weren't for him, we would most likely be taking that God-awful class over again. But with his assistance and guidance, we were both able to, thankfully, pass the class and be done.
