Aug 03 – Aug 04 Chief, Military Equal Opportunity, 81st Training Wing, Keesler AFB, MS Planned, organized, and directed all military Equal Opportunity (EO) activities for over 3,900 military and civilian personnel. Primary advisor to 81st Training Wing Commander on EO and human relations issues. Managed three noncommissioned officers in administration of wing’s EO training program. Investigated and served as subject matter expert on allegations involving discrimination and sexual harassment. Advised commanders, first sergeants, supervisors, and individuals on human relations matters.

Jan 03 – Aug 03 Chief, Personnel Support for Contingency Operations and Manpower, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, Al Dhafra AB, United Arab Emirates Served as wing commander’s senior personnel and manpower advisor in a wartime environment. Built requirements and ensured delivery/processing of 4,000 multinational personnel in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom kickoff.

Apr 01 – Jan 03 Deputy Commander, Military Personnel Flight, 81st Mission Support Squadron, Keesler AFB, MS – Assisted the flight commander in overall management of Air Education and Training Command’s second largest Military Personnel Flight, consisting of 90 military and civilian personnel and the largest AF assignment function. Responsible for planning, operating, and directing personnel programs impacting over 32,000 total customers. Feb 99 – Apr 01 Commander’s Executive Officer, College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, Maxwell AFB, AL – Directly responsible to the commander for all administrative actions in support of 180 military and civilian personnel. Suspensed, tracked and reviewed all correspondence in accordance with Air University, Air Education and Training Command and Air Force policy. Prepared all officer legal and adverse actions. As the unit’s Senior Personnel Officer, acted as interface with Air Force level personnel/HR offices and sets policy. Jun 97 – Feb 99 Squadron Section Commander, 355th Component Repair Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ Managed all personnel programs for over 500 members in a unit with a combat aircraft maintenance mission. Responsible for all administrative programs including promotions, evaluations, discipline, security, public affairs, and training. Assisted commander in maintaining the morale, health, welfare, and discipline of squadron personnel. Executed command authority under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice.
