Solar cells, Gas sensors and Industrial Bio-sensors and Chemical sensors and detectors. :- Knowledge of Semiconductor Processes. I used different acids to clean semiconductors Si(HF),GaAs(HCl) in order to clean the surface for further processing. I am forming gas to anneal Si samples can use spin coating under N2 environment as well as testing devices under N2 or vac, used O2 plasma to improve the conductivity of ITO.I used Current-Voltage-Light(IVL),Capacitance-Voltage-light C-V or Capacitance-frequency C-F, Absorption spectra-Photoluminescence(PL) for thin films, Electroluminescence(EL) for devices such as LED, switching rig((Arbitrary wave function generator + 4 channel scope) to study Memory devices regularly after making the devices using the methods of spin coating, etching,anodising( using Potentiostat/Galvanostat),metal evaporation under Vacuum or sputtering with metal masks for making Light emitting diodes, photodiodes, Solar cells( using computer controlled artificial Sun- Xe Lamp),OLED Organic Based LED,FET(field effect Transistor).I used gas lines, vacuum and exhaust systems, as well as experience of fume hoods and laminar flow cabinets.
