DUTIES.
Key Account Manager (KAM)
I canvass, initiate, market, negotiate and coordinate the various key account outlets, I’m to discover, closely manage and ensure high satisfaction of key outlets / prospect of the company to repeat business sales and orders.
I engage in drawing up the sales and marketing plans by monthly gathering marketing intelligence from the market / outlets visit.
I keep record and profile of former, existing and potential customers and also I am vitally involved in account reconciliation of our various key account outlets
I monitor and present a summary of the visit / sales activities of the HORECAS sales executives and myself to the Regional Operation manager (ROM) and Managing director on a weekly basis.
I engage in planning, designing and implementation of strategy activation in our various key account outlets.
I and my team also service, satisfy and maintain institutional customers. I develop distributors and sales outlets. I constantly observe market trends.
I and my team were able to sale 2700 cases of our products brand in the first 2 months of starts up.
Brand Executioner Manager
Job purpose
I support the Marketing Execution Manager in the execution of activity programmes for the LaCasera trademark which deliver annual brand targets (such as volume, market share, brand awareness, brand imagery), on budget and on time, and sustain brand equity.
Core functions
1.Lead the execution of annual activity plans for the LaCasera brand which deliver the annual brand targets. Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including third-party agencies and suppliers, to ensure that all activities are executed on time and on budget and that standards as defined in the Brand Standards Manual are adhered to. Work closely with the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI), and third-party agencies and suppliers, to monitor activity execution and recommend corrective action if/when required. Ensure that information required for activity evaluations is properly and effectively captured, so that learnings can be recorded for future brand planning.
2.To assist in developing, gain approval for and execute local consumer and trade activity for the LaCasera brand, such as brand sponsorships, trade marketing programmes and tactical activities. Ensure that recommendations for all such local activities are in line with the brand positioning and strategy. Lead the planning process for all such local activities, to ensure that they are executed on time and on budget. Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager (TLCC) and the Events & Media Relations Manager (TLCC) as required in the planning, execution and evaluation of all such local activities.
3.To develop, and keep under review, merchandising guidelines by channel for the LaCasera brand, including signage and branded equipment. Work with the Trade Marketing Manager (TLCC) to ensure that the purchase, placement and replacement of brand point-of-sale materials and branded equipment (such as Chillers) is in line with the approved merchandising plan and Company merchandising cycle policy. Work closely with the Supervisor, POS Store & Equipment (TLCC) to ensure that proper and effective records are maintained for the usage of point-of-sale materials and branded equipment for the LaCasera brand.
4. Work with third-party agencies to ensure that media buying and the execution of media plans for the LaCasera brand is in line with approved media plans. Ensure that media agencies undertake regular field visits to monitor execution and provide media monitoring reports to the Marketing Execution Manager (TLCC) and the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI).
1.Work closely with the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI) in the planning, development and evaluation of LaCasera marketing programmes, to ensure that any execution issues are considered and field experience taken into account in brand planning.
2.Assist the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI) in the production of reports on the performance of the LaCasera brand by compiling market information.
3.Assist the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI) in the production of regular competitor activity reports by monitoring key competitor brands and their activities through regular market visits.
4.Develop highly valuable working relations with third-party agencies and suppliers in order to ensure premium service-level from them. Assist the Marketing Execution Manager (TLCC) and the Brand Manager, LaCasera (CBTI) in the performance management of third-party agencies and suppliers by contributing to regular performance reviews and highlighting issues to be addressed as these arise.
