•Extensive experience in profile gas cutting machines (model: CG2-150 by HUAWEI).

PROJECTS Fall 2016 – Spring 2017
•Senior Design:
1st place and the Gold award winner for the best project from 130 projects in the UIC Engineering Expo 28. Designed a servo roll feeder with compliance of OSHA safety standard for the sponsor to accommodate wide range of materials thicknesses and to solve the material flaring issues resulting from excessive force of the actuator and upper roller weight. This project is important to the sponsor because it will expedite the stamping process by eliminating the need for two separate servo feeders to handle either thick or thin material, respectively. This design will be manufactured to be part of the production line for Precision Stamping Products, Inc.
•ENGR 112. Engineering Practicum in Subtractive Manufacturing:
•Manufactured a small car made of plastic using manual and computer numerical control mill and router, lathe, drill press, belt sander and cutoff saw. Trained on relevant aspects of shop and machine safety.
•CAD:
•Designed an anti-theft bicycle. The bicycle has a lock mechanism built-in frame to eliminate possibilities of bicycle theft. The design is created using SolidWorks application.
•Designed a unique iPhone case using SolidWorks, and test all possibilities of damages that could happen to the product using ANSYS Application. The results acquired showed a satisfactory uphold of the design strength.
