Marketing Strategy and Campaigns

• Worked with Home Depot on development of three National Advertising Campaigns in 2012 and 2013 including TV, Radio, Digital, E-mail, Social Media. TTi Marketing Team was awarded Marketing Partner of the year in 2012 from Home Depot for the RYOBI Brand. 2013 campaign increased outdoor product March sales 165% and May Year Over Year lift of 46%.

• Successfully launched a new product campaign despite severe budget challenges and poor in-store product placement of the RY- OBI Inverter Generator by utilizing a creative Digital, PR, Social and CRM campaign resulting in a 394% sales lift in the sec- ond year, 30,000 new leads into the RYOBI database and future product placement into all 2000 Home Depot Stores.

• Conducted brand audit on six-franchise dealership leading to a decision for corporate name change, internal and external communication changes, and Social Media implementation and management. Developed strategy to launch new name on restrict- ed budget. Resulting in dealership sales increase in otherwise flat environment, Customer Satisfaction Scores improved to top 10% of the General Motors Zone average (Sept. 2010-rolling 3-month) and Hyundai franchise was ranked 1st in the Southern Region for the 1st half of 2010.

Digital, E-Commerce, Social Media Marketing

• Analyzed consumer shopping experience on The Home Depot e-commerce website from home landing page to shopping cart for Outdoor Products category. Presented findings and areas of opportunities to The Home Depot which led to revised pages in the Outdoor Products section including: search, filters, product placements, recommended buys, banners, icons and video.

• Led the implementation and development of Social Media and Bloggers for RYOBI Outdoor Products. Resulting in increased sales of key products, enhanced customer service and brand awareness. Set the industry standard for Social Media and received recognition from Home Depot.

• Developed and launched two e-commerce sites, including research of products, copy, web design, drop-ship distributor fulfill- ment. One focused on home health care supplies and the other on fitness supplies.

• Drove the growth and expansion of Public Relations initiatives resulting in a 268% lift in hits including publications, blogs and video blogs in one year, 2012.

• Organized a six-week business to consumer cause campaign driven through social media and PR resulting in 15,000 shoes being donated to Haiti relief efforts, local press coverage at dealership collection site and Silverado shoe drive-a-way. Experiential Marketing and Promotions
