We Defined the problem, Measure-collecting the data, Analyze determining the root cause, Improve- plan in place, and Control- communicate the process. We came together through collaborating, finding problem, and training to obtain positive results.
Country sales grew +53% and growing. Sales were not increasing and company was looking for growth. We needed to build our brand and reputation in the market. Found Key Opinion Leaders to get involved in a clinical trial and write a white paper on the outcome.
Increases distributor annual sales 20%+. I designed new promotional calendar and created supply chain management program that reduced returns and increase distributor profits. Designing and improving distribution strategy is better investment than simply throwing more money for promotional incentives.
