Coordinated and scheduled meetings between clients, designers, engineers, architects and trades based on timing and arrivals of supplies and equipment.

Negotiated the purchase of building materials, taking full advantage of volume discounts and ordering to minimize product waste.

Completed detailed invoice and requisition reviews to be approved by the Project Manager

Attended on site meetings and got a full perspective on the process and logistics of building custom homes.

Contributed to design and testing of the upgraded company website.

Accounting Intern June- August 2015

Worked on improving financial models, that included budgeting, tracking progress relative to construction milestones, and better monitoring of draw schedules.

Documented and verified invoices, and arranged for on time payments. Called and followed up on delinquent accounts receivable.

Launched the official Instagram account for GES construction and avidly posted photos to represent the unique style and craftsmanship. The account has rapidly grown and currently has over 3k followers and is frequently used as a marketing tool.
