Project/Program Manager for a team of 110 with the Digital Experience division (MyATT.com/DirecTv.com) a $7 million dollar project, resulting in the successful completion of DirecTv bundling packages. I successfully managed several projects for the overall program, using PRISM/FU$E financial tools and reporting to senior management. I also managed the Chat online integration, a $2 million project. Both projects were using Agile software development.
Utilized change management process to ensure any changes to project scope were controlled and coordinated, minimizing increases to project cost, disruption to effective utilization of resources and progress with implementing the project scope. Financial management was maintained via PRISM and FU$E.
