Managed project deliverables of MICA's (Mobile Billing Legacy) Transformation Release 2.2A- OSS Data Migration & OSS Consequential Impacts within the Legacy Mobiles to the strategic AMDOCS USM (Service Instance Inventory) application. Managed 60 Project Change Requests, Financials, Quality Plans, Risks, Issues, Action Plans, and Project Start & Closure Activities. The project is manned by about 20 onshore and 30 offshore resources with an overall budget of $4M excluding GST.

Managed SIT phase of all MO Legacy systems teams, one of Telstra’s major transformation TR1 streams, involving routing of usage, non-recurring charges and invoice ready (pre-rated usage) charges to the correct billing system during the migration when customers may be in a Legacy Billing System (MICA, FlexCab, Mercury, BPI) or in Kenan Billing instance (Retail, Wholesale).

Managed the Integration testing deliverables of 17 Legacy Systems involving global teams for TR1 Mediation Overlay Stream, first stream to get successfully deployed for Telstra's Transformation Release TR1.
