Vice President of HR for US Financial & Online Services

Held full field and corporate HR responsibility for 500+ US locations with 1,200 employees in 17 states. Also supported the HR functions for Canada, Mexico and UK. Cultivated and developed dynamic HR team practices to support business goals and initiatives through improved training, retention, and increased employee productivity, and reduced compliance related exposure. Oversaw $1M budget; created and implemented field technical training and leadership development programs in support of the company’s operational initiatives and goals.
