Responsible for a $5MM annual capital budget, IT projects delivery, operational support, IT budgeting and a 10 member team. Support a bank division that includes ~800 users. Managed system requirements, architecture, design and delivery of all in-house and 3rd party system implementations including ROI/TCO analysis and build versus buy decisions for new systems. Conceptualized and lead process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce operating costs and maximize system utilization by improving effectiveness. • Manage the development/maintenance of MSP (vendor hosted Loan Servicing system) scripts that have an annual ROI of $250,000+ per year.

• Designed and implemented a company wide industry data warehouse used for loan level data retrieval purposes with data size exceeding over 100 GB - VLDB. This also led to a cost savings of over $500,000 annually on data export costs

• Led the effort to significantly tailor the company wide disaster recovery strategy for the Loan Servicing group that led to

an annual cost savings of over $0.5MM.
