WORK EXPERIENCE:

Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), Oct, 15 – Jan, 17; Logistics Principal – assigned as FMC

Logistics Manager for a FMS Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) case under the N*STAR program with the Egyptian

Navy. In this capacity, responsible for the supervision and management of over 12,000 line items of spare parts and

equipment to support 4- Fast Missile Craft (FMC) ships delivered to the Egyptian Navy thru NAVSEA FMS Program.

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Oct 04 – Sep 15; C4I Logistics Specialist - IV – assigned

to the US Navy SPAWAR FMS C4I program contract with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). Duties

and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Skillfully maintained the Integrated Allowance Documents (IAD) to support installed RSNF C4I systems.

- Oversee and coordinate supply activities supporting deployed C4I systems.

- Prepares and submit required Logistics reports and correspondences as required.

- Provides advice and training to the RSNF Officers and enlisted on Logistics/Supply related matters.

- Performs complex and technical research, inventory and supply procedures involving the procurement, receipt, and

storage of C4I equipment, spare parts and supporting consumable materials.

- Operates and trains supply personnel on the use of the RSNF’s Supply automated systems - COMPASS, C3LIS Logistics

DynCorp Tech. Svcs, Inc., Oman, Sep 03 - Sep 04: Work Control Superintendent/Deputy Supply Superintendent -

Manages and controls all Work Control activities and materials in support of Bare Base assets, WRM Vehicle Maintenance and Fuel Mobility Support Equipments in support of U.S. Air Force tasking and deployments in the Middle East. Provides management, planning and control of scheduled maintenance inspection and repair activities of War Reserve materials in conformance of contractual requirements. Supervised 52-personnel in 4-outlet Work Centers including 8-warehouses. Ensure compliance with Quality Controls, Safety, Training and Environmental plans and implement ISO 9000 procedures as directed by Site and Program management.

DynCorp Tech. Svcs. Inc., Oman Site, U.S. Govt. contract with the USAF, Aug 02 – Aug 03; Supply Warehouse Supervisor/Supply Inspector -

Responsible for the efficient daily management of over 15,000 line items of War Reserve Materials (WRM) including inventory, receipt, issue, shipping, distribution, storage, and inspection of supplies and equipment to support customers and tasking in the Middle East. Supervise 28- personnel for the operation of 8- storage warehouses and 3- supply storage yards.

State of Florida, Dept. of Lottery, (Jacksonville District), Jun 01–Jun 02; Warehouse/Fleet Supervisor/Ops Manager

Responsible for the daily warehouse operations including: material receipts, stowage, issue, distribution, inventory, and updating the automated inventory control system. Managed and tracked the upkeep and maintenance schedules for 36- state vehicles. Supervised 4 - state and 6- temp. hire employees.

NROTC Unit Jacksonville University, May 98 – May 01: Supply/Fiscal/Logistic Officer & Command Senior Enlisted Advisor

Managed over $1.8 million budget for the unit, prepares budget, reconciles financial ledgers, prepares accounting/fiscal reports, attend financial/budget meetings and briefs higher management. Responsible for all facets of supply operations including: procurement, inventory, material receipt, issue, storage, distribution, transportation, purchasing, payment of tuitions and books for enrolled students. Warranted as Contracting Officer for under $25,000 limit. Act as advisor for 68 - active duty military personnel going thru the NROTC program.

Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Guam, 1995 – 1998; Material/Storage Officer and Command Enlisted Advisor -

Supervised 58 military and 35 civilian personnel. Managed and maintained inventory of over 18,000 line items of stock (repair parts, general consumables, subsistence, and depot level repairable parts), maintaining material issue effectiveness rate of 95%, exceeding established Pacific Fleet goals. Supervised 6- outlets: Shipping, Receiving, Storage, Transportation, Issue/Distribution, Hazmat, and Quality Assurance (QA). Superbly acted as Command Senior Enlisted Advisor and served as a key player in the BRAC consolidation of 3- Navy commands. Skillfully planned and led the smooth transition of personnel, records, equipment, with very little interruption to customers.

Combat Systems Technical Schools Command, Vallejo, CA. 1992 – 1995; Supply Services/Material Division Officer

Technical Schools Command, Vallejo, CA. Supervised 19 Navy military storekeepers and 4 civil service employees.

Managed and maintain 100% inventory validity of over 15,000 line items of stock valued at over $20 million. Devised a highly effective control and warehousing system that effectively improved training readiness and mission effectiveness.

Led the planning, developing and coordination of a comprehensive plan for the inventory, accountability and transfer of technical training equipments valued over $150 million to other Navy activities for reutilization incident to BRAC closure.

USS WICHITA (AOR-1), 1990 – 1992; Stores/Cargo Officer

Led 28 Navy military storekeepers, managing $28 million budget, 7-million gallons of fuel, $8.0 million of Ships Cargo, and 12,800 line items of storeroom stock to support deployed units of the Seventh Fleet. Also, acted as Supply Department Leading Chief for 120 personnel, supervising 4- Divisions: Stores, Food Service, Ships Store, and Disbursing.

Fleet Intelligence Support Center, Western Pacific (Subic US Naval Base, Republic of the Philippines), 1987 – 1990; Designated Supply Officer

Filled an Independent Duty Supply Billet, manage the supply operations including budget accounting, procurement and contracts, issue, storage & inventory of supplies to support the command’s mission. High Security Clearance required billet.

U.S. Naval Construction Battalion-5 (NMCB-5), Port Hueneme, Ca., 1986 – 1987; Lead Storekeeper (LPO) – Supervised 14- junior Storekeepers responsible for material support of projects undertaken by the Navy Seabees.

USS Simon Lake (AS-33), 1985 – 1986; MTR/DLR Coordinator for Site-6 – Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA.

Depot Level Repairable (DLR) coordinator for the ship and 8- homeported SSBNs. Managed the carcass tracking

and shipment of DLR materials to their Designated Overhaul Points (DOP). Performed DLR records reconciliation with

the supported vessels, prepare documents and equipment for further transfer and shipment, follow-up shipment status.
