Roles and Responsibilities:

Developed pages for the website using HTML5 and CSS3.

Projects:

• Security Design Project

Project involved design of security architecture to protect UTSA’s electronics data and digital information of students, professors hosted on UTSA Open Cloud.

• Secure messaging android application

ENVIRONMENT: Android Studio, SQLite, RxJava, Sodium FRP Developed a secure chat application that allows secure communication between users. Each message will have a limited time to live. The application registers it's IP address with the server and when sending a message to another. The application also maintains a database of contacts and current messages. The same application was implemented using RxJava and Sodium FRP frameworks to make the code cleaner.

• Wikipedia testing

ENVIRONMENT: Espresso, Espresso recorder, Android Studio Performed Automation Android Application Testing for the Wikipedia Android Application using Espresso tool. The Android application was tested for bugs. The test cases were recorded using the Espresso recorder.

• Patient Portal

ENVIRONMENT: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, GIT

Designed and developed a patient portal using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery. Elicited requirements from stakeholders and documented through natural language requirement specification. Converted requirement specification to Use Case diagrams using UML modeling. Designed UI screens as wireframe using which different patients can securely login to their accounts and schedule appointments with doctors, view prescription and medical records.

• Socket Programming and RMI

ENVIRONMENT: Java, GIT

Designed and implemented a simplified tracking and chatting system, where a server keeps track of the registered clients and provide necessary information for clients to directly send each other short messages when they come close. The same system is implemented using socket programming and using RMI.

• Multithread Program

ENVIRONMENT: Java, GIT

Implemented a multithreaded program that will allow us to measure the performance i.e., CPU utilization, Throughput, Turnaround time, Waiting time, and Response time of the four basic CPU scheduling algorithms FIFO, SJF, PR, and RR.

• Blood bank management system

ENVIRONMENT: Android Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GIT It involves the creation of a website and an android application to find blood donors for patients. The patients can request for blood donors and active donors who are close to the patient can RSVP and donate blood.

• Student’s achievements

ENVIRONMENT: PHP, SQLite, MS Excel

Designed a website using PHP where the student will update their achievements and allows the user to export the data into an Excel sheet. We used SQLite as a database to store all the information. We had a secure login for various classes of users like students and professors. Education
